David J. West writes dark fantasy and weird westerns because the voices in his head won’t quiet until someone else can hear them. He is a great fan of sword & sorcery, ghosts and lost ruins, so of course he lives in Utah with his wife and children.

You Shall Not Play
I'm not much on sports but I suppose I can get behind Gandalf on this. Hard to imagine a more irritating bunch, at least they slay them.
David: Thanks for commenting on my two-dog pizza day post. I'm curious what kind of pizza you thought it was!
I've got SO many books lined up to read! But I've pulled yours out of my bookcase and I'm going to read it so I can comment. I read the first chapter when I got it and loved it; loved the writing.
Hope you're having a great week. It's SO hot and humid right now in Northern Virginia, but we're enjoying for a few days a visit from dearest old friends from Salt Lake City, Tom and his author wife Colleen Whitley. You may have heard of her: retired part-time BYU English instructor, an author/editor of historical books, and a voracious reader. I just told her about your novel.

Ann-I was afraid it was a pizza made from 2 dogs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for help spreading the word.
Funny video. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteSure Angie-I wasn't even aware of what a vuvuzela was until I saw this.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to watch that again to decide if it's more funny or more annoying...
ReplyDeleteKim-pretty sure its more annoying.
ReplyDeleteHilarious! Thanks for posting, I needed a good laugh.
ReplyDeleteNo problem Melanie
ReplyDeleteA pizza made from two dogs - that is hilarious! The kind of thing my daughter (and you) would come up with, not staid me!!
ReplyDeleteThats just what I pictured from your headline, even though I didn't believe you could possibly mean that.
