After being chided for my sensitivity yesterday by a former SWAT/Danite team-mate, I must hereby repent and redeem myself. These are among my favorite manly movie quotes.
What is best in life?
To crush your enemies and see them driven before you and hear the lamentations of the women.
At my signal unleash hell.
Come and take them.
What kind of farmer are you?
I'm a lead-farmer %&$*!-&*!%$#.
Do you expect me to talk?
No, Mr. Bond I expect you to die.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
Know this Tartar woman, I take you for wife.
You shall not pass!
You have offended my family and you have offended the Shaolin temple.
We keep you alive to serve this ship. Row well and live.
Ok . . . first person to comment and tell me all the titles of these movies will win an autographed copy of my book-and I give that it may be a hard sell to get them all so then it will go to whomever gets the most right first, I'll leave it open a week or so.

9. Ben-Hur
Don't forget these lines:
"I give ourselves one chance in three"
" Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war" It was in a movie as well!
"Ya bunny yoos a killer"
"Burn it! Burn it down"
" I claim the right of a husband!"
" I'll play for blood! That's just my game."
"they"re all perfect"
I believe M. Gray has the list, however, a number was missed, and therefore the answers after Goldfinger (which is right I think) are all out of order by one position.
I thought number 3 (Come and take them) sounded like Arwen at first, but she actually said "Come and claim him", so...
Not sure which one is missed between 2 and 4.
BTW, my favorite quote in this list, from my favorite movie of all time: Number 10- Ben Hur. Row well and live.
Aww, David, I liked your sensitive side. I thought it was refreshing, and it inspired me. Now I will have to change my vox blog post.
oops! Sorry! "Come and Take Them" was from The 300 Spartans.
Dang Mary-you're good or did you have help? You're the runaway winner.
I thought I could stump people on at least a couple of them.
I emailed you back but knew about half and Googled the rest.
Obviously I spend all my time in front of the wrong screen, because I only knew two of those quotes. Oh, well. :-)
or perhaps you spend your time in front of the right screen Melanie and I am in front of the wrong screen.
Okay, someone already got those, and it's a good thing because I didn't know them. But here's one of my favorite:
"My name is Inigo Montoya. You kill my father. Prepare to die."
You must know that one, right?
Nichole
Nichole, Princess Bride crossed my mind immeadiately but I thought it would be too easy-and as Mary has already shown what I came up with is too easy.
Next time I am gonna make things just a little more difficult.
