Gearing up for promotion of Heroes of the Fallen which will be released next month.
Rewrites and additional scenes for the sequel in the series Blood of Our Fathers are under way.
Another great idea that I need to figure a new twist on is the Lost City concept.
Also some more Spartan material as I finish the tale of my exiled Spartan in the Holy Land during the time of Nebuchadnezzar in Bless the Child

Oh wow! I love the title St Rockwell and the Dragon. I've never read about Rockwell. I really want to though.
I'm keeping myself inspired with music. I also go online for to my favorite futbol team's forums and fansites. I get so homesick that instead of crying I write, or revise.

Yamile-Rockwell is quite a character in his own right that I hope to stay as true as possible with while writing historical specualative fiction.

I can't believe I've never given serious thought to a BLM story before. You know it was in captivity for a few weeks, right? Lots of witnesses.

Th- I had not heard that before, though I do have a great book on Cryptids that has several pages on the BLM-so this has been something sifting in the back of my mind for a good while. The M & M collection is the perfect place in my mind for this tale.
That half-naked Hero of the Fallen is certainly inspiring! Yum, pecs and biceps ... *drool*
What's inspiring me to write? Not much at the moment, I'm afraid. I'm having some computer problems, and that doesn't help. Also, although I'm going through several ideas of what I could write for the "Monsters and Mormons" story, nothing is really giving me that zing. Maybe the official announcement will help get my mind on track. *grimace*
They sound like interesting projects. What's inspiring me right now is being so close to the end. I am so excited to finish another novel.
Melanie-I had no idea you were so saucy. I am very excited to see what people come up with for Monsters and Mormons.
Angie-There is a satisfaction with that isn't there?
Obviously I forgot the winkie emoticon. ;-) But you have to admit, those muscles are impressive.
I'm also interested in Porter Rockwell as The Destroying Angel. And the Bear Lake Monster. If I do an entry for M&M it'll probably involve space travel in some way, just because I grew up watching Star Trek and Star Wars and all that. :-)
Melanie-I'll bet Th. and WM would love a good Sci-Fi piece for M&M.
Did I ever tell you I love the title, Blood of our Fathers. Such a great title. Such a great title.
Thanks Mary, before the book was split that was my original title for what will now be books one and two-the series was to be known as the Heroes of the Fallen. But upon decideing to split up the 225,000 word novel I opted that the title Blood of Our Fathers belonged with the second part more than the first.
You're a busy boy! Good to know you're moving and shakin on your side of town. Can't wait to see the finished products.
