Villains

Why are Villains so much fun to write? It may be that they grant a bit of wish fulfillment that I would never truly act on...but it can still be nice to think about and ponder the what-if's.
Which is what writing is all about.
Gadianton Robber sketch by my good friend Kris Cooper.

I heartily agree. My villains say and do what I would never dare. It's both fun and unsettling to see the worst parts of oneself come to life like that.

Mostly fun though.

Mary-right on.

Kim-It can be so exhilrating to explore the dark side and perhaps find why I don't go there.

Personally, I'm just kind of jealous that you have a friend who sketches your characters. But I love my villains too!

Amalia-he is pretty cool and I actually still have to get him a physical copy.

Villains can be the most fun to write! I love me some wicked laughter.

Thanks Krista, there is a lot I like to laugh about that isn't polite.
